Gyn Support Appointment

My Gyn Support Appointment is designed for patients who need more time and space to process gynecologic concerns, test results, or upcoming decisions than a typical office visit allows. Offered in 15, 30, or 60-minute formats, this GYN support appointment helps bridge the gap between your gynecologic care and your mental and emotional wellbeing.

If you are unsure how to prepare for your next visit, have lingering questions about a diagnosis or recommendation, or felt rushed or overwhelmed at a previous appointment, this gynecologic concerns consultation can be especially helpful. You can bring questions about Pap results, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, contraception, PCOS, perimenopause, or sexual health, and I will help you sort through both the medical and emotional sides.

During this time, I often help patients organize their questions about a GYN visit, review what was already discussed, and clarify what remains unclear. Together, we can create a written list of priorities or questions to take back to your OB/GYN or midwife. I can also help you understand common terminology, typical next steps, and when it is reasonable to seek a second opinion.

Many patients use these women’s health support appointments to process anxiety, fear, or frustration that can arise around gynecologic issues — especially when they intersect with fertility, pregnancy planning, or past trauma. My goal is to offer GYN visit clarifications in a way that feels respectful, empowering, and grounded in current evidence. By the end of the visit, you will have a clearer understanding of your options, language you can use to advocate for yourself, and a plan that supports both your physical and mental health.

These visits are cash-pay.

$50 late cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice.

$100 no-show fee.
