Prenatal and Postpartum Follow-Up Appointments

My Prenatal and Postpartum Follow-Up Appointments are focused 30-minute visits for patients who need continued support during pregnancy or after delivery. These appointments are designed to help you stay connected to care, monitor how you are feeling over time, and make thoughtful adjustments as your needs change.

During these follow-up visits, we review symptoms, emotional wellbeing, sleep, medication response, and any new concerns that have come up since your last appointment. This may include mood changes, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, postpartum adjustment, feeding-related stress, relationship strain, or the emotional impact of recovery and new parenthood.

These sessions offer a steady space to check in, ask questions, and refine your treatment plan as needed. My goal is to provide ongoing, compassionate support so you feel less alone, more informed, and more confident in your mental health care during pregnancy and postpartum.

I am in-network for routine evaluations and follow ups with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna, and working on getting into United, Oscar, and Oxford. I'll work with you on billing and can offer sliding fee for anyone who has Husky.

$50 late cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice 

$100 no-show fee
