Initial Reproductive Psychiatric Evaluation

My Initial Prenatal / Postpartum Visit is a 60-minute appointment for patients who want to establish ongoing mental health care while planning for pregnancy, during pregnancy, after miscarriage, or throughout the postpartum period. This visit is designed to create a thoughtful starting point for support, whether you are navigating fertility planning, coping with the emotional impact of miscarriage, preparing for the changes of pregnancy, adjusting after birth, or seeking consistent psychiatric care during this stage of life.

During this initial visit, I take time to understand your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, past treatment experiences, and any fertility-, pregnancy-, miscarriage-, or postpartum-related factors that may be affecting your wellbeing. This may include anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, sleep disruption, medication questions, grief and loss, birth trauma, or difficulty adjusting to the emotional demands of pregnancy or early parenthood.

Together, we begin building a care plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needs. This may include medication discussion, monitoring of symptoms, coordination with your OB/GYN or other providers when appropriate, and practical next steps for ongoing treatment. My goal is to help you feel supported from the beginning with care that is grounded, responsive, and specific to this season of life.

These visits are cash-pay, and a superbill can be provided upon request.

$50 late cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice 

$100 no-show fee
